The
Parsley-Cashew Chutney (page 521) is another non-fruit and non-cooked chutney. But that is all is has in common with the previous posted chutney (
Mint, Cilantro and Tomato). This chutney is sweet and creamy and delish. It has parsley and cashews of course, but also ginger and yogurt. It will be a favorite in our house.
